For the first time in my career, tomorrow I start work for a company with <20 employees. I've always worked for companies with >1000, so I'm excited about the culture change.

My new role is in Java development. My previous experience is in .NET development, which I know is similar to Java. Do any of the Java developers out there have any advice for quirks to look out for?
